GENERALLY
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by the customer with Labellaley Clinic AB (hereinafter “us”, “we” or “Labelle Professional”) via labelleprofessional.com
When you complete an order with us, a contract is entered into between you and us at Labelle Professional. When you place an order with us, you will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email.
Booking policy
The booking policy applies to all treatments offered by Labelle Professional. Bookings are made via email or Labelle Professional's official Instagram.
When canceling all treatments, there is a 24-hour cancellation period before the scheduled treatment. If you miss your appointment, you as the customer will be charged the full price for the missed treatment.
ORDERING
When you complete your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your provided email address. In your order confirmation you will find all information about your order. If you have any questions or concerns about your order, please email us at Labelleclinic@hotmail.com.
DELIVERY & SHIPPING
We offer shipping to all countries where postal services are available.
We offer shipping with Postnord, DHL and FEDEX. The goods are processed for shipping when ordered with a delivery time between 3 to 5 working days for orders within Sweden. For deliveries to countries outside Sweden, the delivery time may be slightly longer.
We offer free shipping for deliveries within Sweden. For deliveries abroad, a cost may apply. Please note that delivery costs are based on which country you are ordering to.
We reserve the right to charge the costs for the handling that arise in the event of uncollected packages or if no one can receive the package despite repeated attempts (return shipping, shipping costs, etc.). Uncollected packages will be charged.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL/RETURN
When you buy from Labelle Professional you have the right to cancel your purchase and return it to us within 14 days. In order for your return to be approved by us, the product must be returned in its original condition and unopened. We also have the right to refuse your return if we believe that you have handled the product incorrectly.
When returning, you as a customer should contact us via our email labelleclinic@hotmail.com. The message should state the desired return and your contact information so that the return is handled correctly.
A return cost of SEK 69 is added upon return, which is paid by the sender.
Refunds can take up to 15 days and will be refunded to you provided we have received the item. The refund will be made to the account from which the purchase was made and through the chosen payment method.
CANCELLATION
You have the option to cancel the purchase and cancel your order with us provided that we have not had time to send the delivery. You can contact us via our email or call us at +46-702565689.
COMPLAINT
You have the right as a customer under law to complain about a defective product. In case of complaint, you should contact us at our email Labelleclinic@hotmail.com. The email should include your contact information (full name and address) as well as the order number and a description and picture of the defect in the product.
If we make a complaint about our products, we are always responsible for all shipping and delivery costs.
Note: According to the Swedish Complaints Act, you have the right to make a complaint up to a certain period of time. Please note that the shelf life of our products is from 5 to 24 months depending on the product.
If your complaint is approved, we will compensate you according to the Consumer Purchase Act (1990:932.
A refund in the event of a complaint can take up to 15 days and we will refund to the same account used for the purchase.
